Born in 1984 by Greek descendants in Toronto, Canada, where she was raised and studied International Relations. In 2005 Konstantina decided to move to Greece to pursue her dream as a designer, following her ancestors footsteps in jewelry craftsmanship. Her love for art, history, philosophy and fashion are brought to life throughout her designs, that aim to elevate the everyday and rare occasion. Each collection begin and end with a story, unifying her work with the sincere desire to imbue wearers with artfulness and audacity.
Freda Banana, is an eyewear brand that just started off as a pop up project in New York, 2012, but then quickly was recognised worldwide, making the label the next thing in statement eyewear. Founder and Creative Director Alexia Jane Hebet’s, main inspiration for the shades came from her trip to Burning Man. One of the “Ten Commandments” of the desert festival is ‘radical self expression’, where Frēda Banana captures that ethos very well. Produced in Athens Greece, each frame is then meticulously embellished by the creator herself, at her atelier in Nottinghill, London. Each pair of sunglasses, are a ‘one of a kind’ design.

Aspiring to revive ideals represented by the Amazons, the warrior women prominent in Ancient Greek mythology, Glamazons equips modern, resilient women with footwear that communicates their enigmatic nature. Utilizing only the most exquisite of leathers and harnessing them into a sophisticated design, Glamazons’ handmade footwear provides sheer comfort, style, and a statement of character.
MIRAHAYEK is a ready-to-wear label, inspired by the designer’s graphic design background and her love for electronic music, the 80s, and animation. Paying much attention to detail, volume and with great interest in textile design, Mira Hayek’s collections consist of urban chic wear pieces with bold graphic cuts, geometric patterns, playful colours and print combinations.
VANINA is a “Haute Fantaisies” brand, created in Beirut in 2007 by Tatiana Fayad and Joanne Hayek. With its motto “never fully dressed without a smile,” the brand offers statement jewellery and fashion accessories, known for their joyful and audacious spontaneity. Vanina is a ‘responsibly capricious’ brand that explores the synergy between fashion and sustainability through glamorous and audacious design concepts.
SECOND. ST is a socially conscious brand, with a playful and progressive take on the ‘classic shirt.’
They have signature styles that run through each seasonal collection such as the ‘kimono fit’ and the ‘medium loose fit,’ but the difference being that their geometric shapes and mix of fabrics change with every season. They are super cool and stylish that cater to both genders. In addition to their brand, the designers from Parsons School of Design, have devised a plan to support free creative education in partnership with Creative Space Beirut.
Multiculturalism is at the heart of TARA ZADEH’s philosophy. Through geometric forms, hypnotic symmetry and vibrant colors of the myriad palaces, gardens & mosques of Tehran, Isfahan and Shiraz, the concept of TARA ZADEH became clear. Seeking only the finest handcraft, the bags are handmade in Serrania de Ronda Mountains, a small white town located in Ubrique, Spain, where it is renowned for its leather industry. In the same way that Iranian architecture has striking individuality, so does TARA ZADEH handbags, where each feature unique character: elegant and refined, yet with a contemporary edge. This ‘edge’ varies through a range of shape and tones, to personal customisation. ‘Zadeh’, the founder’s mother’s maiden name, is a Persian suffix meaning, ‘born of’ – a fitting label for Tara’s long-imagined dream.
